Scope Of Work
Substantial Renovation of 50-unit building.
Lemle & Wolff completed the renovation of this 50-unit building at 152nd Street & Riverside Drive in late 2013. The project was funded through HPD’s Participation Loan Program and the NY State Weatherization Assistance Program.
The renovation scope of work was significant and included: a new elevator system; fully renovated apartments; exterior wall insulation; a new roof and new windows; an upgraded electrical system; and the conversion of the heating system. A number of other energy reduction features were incorporated in the project in conformance with Enterprise Green Communities.
