Scope Of Work
Substantial renovation of four buildings in the Bronx.
A NYC affordable housing developer hired Lemle & Wolff Construction Corp. for the substantial renovation of four Bronx buildings under HPD’s Third Party Transfer program. Lemle & Wolff started construction in December 2014.
The renovation scope of work includes structural improvements, new kitchens and bathrooms, new flooring and sheetrock walls, major system upgrades, exterior masonry improvements, asbestos abatement, and a number of other repairs and replacements.

Construction contract: $8.5 million
