Quality Development was founded by a Woman driven to succeed and make her mark in this male driven industry of Real Estate while bridging the gap between Quality and Quantity. Kavina brings her experience in Project Management, Interior Decorating, New Construction Development and Team Building.

Kavina started working for her Fathers small business at the age of 15 by passing out flyers for marketing, answering the phones & handling the daily business operations. She took a liking to Developing because of the many opportunities it provides and affordable housing in a city she was born and raised in was something she was passionate about so she built her 1st project, a 6 house single family development. Building affordable housing for first time home buyers and young professionals was a huge achievement for just starting out in this industry. Kavina was eager to roll up her sleeves and jump in and that is just what she did and from that Quality Development was created.
