Scope Of Work
Pellicano Construction completed a 12,857 square foot Client Services Financial Center and Branch for Security Bank & Trust. Pellicano contracted with the owner under a GMP/Fixed Fee agreement. During pre-construction, our team was able to save the owner over $25,000 and completed the project two months ahead of schedule. The building construction is comprised of a three story steel frame structure with a combination of brick, cast stone, and EIFS veneer.
