Scope Of Work
This was 5,500 square foot renovation expansion to an existing Chevrolet Buick Dealership. Pellicano was engaged by early to hand hand with Gensler, Motors Design , to ensure time spent on was beneficial every facet. specifics included upgrading all front house finishes to be Motors compliant while allowing to continue normal day to day an operating multi-line car dealership. Additionally, exterior was upgraded to include Motors Metal Wall Panel System, New Entrance, Trademark Entry Portal. This was within budget.
