Scope Of Work

Pellicano  was contracted by Butler Automotive Group to  as a  Contractor on a  contract for     Audi South Atlanta  at 4332 Jonesboro Rd.  Union City, GA. Audi South Atlanta is a 3-story 55,121 square foot structural steel  concrete structure built for  sales,   administrative functions  a luxury automotive dealership. This  includes 331 parking spaces with 86 spaces on a second story parking deck over   . Pellicano  has a relationship with Butler Automotive Group where company   representatives are involved in   once   has been purchased   with  ’s representatives  automotive  representatives throughout  design    to help ensure that  ’s dealership criteria are followed while meeting  local  design ordinances. Pellicano is very knowledgeable about automotive dealerships through    different  for Butler Automotive Group  other dealers. This  background ensures that   understand what  Design Intent Drawings that are provided from  automotive  are requiring in regards to  use  space  square footage requirements for each dealership. With this experience Pellicano knows that each ’s requirements for  function  a dealership are different  feel it is our job to understand  day-to- day operational needs for a successful  for our customers. Pellicano assists    process with    architect to avoid excess design time by working hand in hand with  designers to create a balance between  design criteria   functionality   .
