H&H Solar Energy Services, Inc.

Dave is the Director of H&H Solar Energy Services and has managed the solar team at H&H since 2016.  His goal is to continuously increase sales and commercial and utility-scale projects.  Dave enjoys the fast-paced environment of the ever-evolving world of solar energy.  He has transformed the H&H Solar division from a primarily residential and small commercial company to one that is now focused only on commercial and utility-scale projects.

Gautam earned his MS in Engineering from Arizona State University following his Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Kerala, India.  His education combined with professional experience in the solar industry makes him a valued team member.

As a Solar PV Engineer, Gautam supports and manages project development and project engineering for commercial, industrial, government, and utility projects.  Analyzing project constraints and each project specific design condition to create a code compliant system and enabling each project to be a success.

Jeff has been working in the construction industry as a safety director since 2005.  His background in construction covers safety in electrical. Solar/ plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection.  Jeff has been instrumental with the safety of employees on numerous high profile jobs that relied on expertise to complete the job in a safe manner.  Jeff teaches classes in first aid, CPR, AED, forklift training, and scissor lifts.  He coordinates classes for employee knowledge such as confined spaces, excavation, trenching, arc flash, and rigging/signaling certification.
