Scope Of Work
This was our third expansion project for the facility that we built in 1986. A new 5,000 SF, 24’ height refrigerated building addition to replace an aging interior keg cooler.
The Butler building utilizes 4” thick factory insulated metal panels and a 6” thick single ply roof system on metal decking. This is our first project utilizing ultra-high efficient LED lighting
