Precisionmatics Manufacturing Facility – 55,000 SF New Building ($2.1M)

We recently completed the Foundations, Slab, Butler building shell and Site Work for Precisionmatics’ new 55,000 sf Manufacturing and Office building on Rt. 20 in West Winfield. The Design-Build project is a (6) unit Butler building. The units include the Main plant, Offices, High bay for material receiving and storage with a bridge crane, a (6) Bay Scrap Dock, and Truck Canopy.
The building features Butler’s 2 ½” Therma-Wall factory insulated metal panels wall panels, an R-40 Energy Saver roof insulation system, ribbed horizontal metal panels, masonry veneer, aluminum-framed windows, a custom Entrance Canopy, and a perimeter red stripe – an owner’s suggestion that adds an interesting appearance.
We are continuing assisting the owner in finishing the interior of the building with various tasks such as drywall, interior windows, doors and millwork.
