Scope Of Work
In 2017 , Jake Feldmeier, founder of JBF Stainless contacted us to look at (2) options for the growing business of Stainless Steel tanks for the Beverage Industry. Having been located in a leased facility we looked at expansion in to the adjacent vacant space with an addition vs. a totally new facility. After working up figures on both it was decided to pursue the new facility on a site in Frankfort NY at the “Pumpkin Patch” Industrial Park, adjacent to Heidelberg Bread, which we built in 2016. Construction started in the spring of 2018 and was completed in December of 2018
The unique 43,000 sf facility includes a 60’ clear height High Bay Fabrication and Shipping area with (4) 15 ton Bridge cranes, which allows fabrication of the large tanks vertically. The Low Bay area includes (2) Gantry cranes, smaller equipment, and a Receiving area. Also included is a 3500 sf Office Headquarters with a Storage Mezzanine above.
