Feldmeier Equipment – New Building (44,000 SF, Contract Value $3.6M)

In February 2014, we completed the construction of the new 44,000 sf Manufacturing Plant for Feldmeier Equipment in Little Falls. This Design-Build Butler building project with pile-supported foundations measures just 70’ wide but is 600’ long and nearly 50’ in height. The building has (6) 15-ton bridge cranes for the manufacturing of Stainless steel tanks for the Dairy and Beverage industry. Also included is a 2,000 sf office and employee support building, a 5-acre site development and heavy equipment foundations. We are proud to be a playing a part in the growth of manufacturing in the Mohawk Valley.
