Scope Of Work
To take a stripped down commercial space at the base of a three story commercial building with condo lofts above it and create a boutique coffee shop that serves specialty coffee, on tap cold bew and kombucha, fresh local baked pastries, in house Acai bowls, and breakfast sandwiches from its two bright and creative female visionary minded owners.
Finding 20" concrete footers from an old bank vault under the area slated for the new hand and floor sinks and the persistence and experience of our concrete cutter and plumbers we were able to cut through the rebar and concrete every 4", jackhammer, and get the digging done in a little more than a few days.
We brought in Porter Barnwood, SlabHaus, Makyle Electric, Ace Acoustics, and Reeves PaperHanging to design and install the very specific requested materials to bring the boutique coffee shop to life.
