Scope Of Work
Project Scope of Work
- Install all hardware, hangers, bolts, hold down clips and all necessary appurtenances to complete framing and to receive final structural inspection.
- Install all wood panels, loose stick framing, sheathing and blocking complete in its entirety. This includes all framing exterior and interior. It is understood that all exterior an interior walls are panelized. Interior non-bearing walls maybe panelized or stick-built.
- Install all wood stair framing and temp railings per OSHA.
- Install all wood joists and subflooring. Note that subflooring has two layers.
- Install all wood blocking for stair rails, cabinets, bathrooms, TV.
- Install all safety wood rails at window openings per OSHA.
- Install all roof parapets and eaves and other loose framing detail as shown on drawings.
