Five Guys Burger and Fries Rome, NY: This was a freestanding restaurant National Structures also built from the ground up in the parking lot at the Plaza at Black River. When the thinking was no more stores could be built and no more parking added in this location, National Structures along with the city of Rome and engineers were able to make this popular burger restaurant a reality.
