SEA CON LLC is the current operating entity of a construction organization that was formed in December 1975 and has operated continuously from that date as SEA CON LLC. The company offers consulting, management and construction services to commercial/industrial building users. SEA CON LLC’s management and staff represent many years of experience in the building and heavy construction industries with an impressive list of successfully completed projects.

The company evolved in 1975 from Lockheed Construction Company and its predecessor, Puget Sound Bridge and Drydock Company, with operations dating back to 1889. SEA CON LLC currently offers its clients a multi-faceted operation including capabilities as general contractor; construction manager; turn-key project development contractor employing the design-build concept with numerous financing and funding options; and supplier of structural, pre-engineered or miscellaneous steel components. They are also licensed representatives of Metallic Building Company, Nucor and GEM Building Systems.

SEA CON LLC is currently licensed in Washington, Oregon, and Arizona as a general contractor. The principals and other staff members are active participants in the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA); Associated Builders and Contracts (ABC); and International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and several other industry associations, including Board membership, committed work, craft training, etc. The company’s construction related operations are historically concentrated in Washington State and Alaska. However, they have expanded their operations to accommodate special projects and/or special client requests at locations throughout the country.

This diverse and long-term experience allows SEA CON LLC to select the best qualified specialty subcontractors, manufacturers and suppliers to assist them in delivering high-quality construction work to meet all of the Project Owner’s requirements.
