Scope Of Work
This gut renovation reorganized spaces to create better adjacencies and flow. The kitchen was relocated into the area of the former dining room, creating a connection to the living room. Existing guest and master bathrooms were redesigned. Millwork and finishes mixed warm and cool materials, including ceramic tile, painted wood, stone, and concrete. The solution relates clean lines to a traditional vocabulary within a cohesive aesthetic.
