Scope Of Work
A new public space across from Georgia’s Capitol building, Liberty Plaza is a gathering place for formal ceremonies and rallies. Previously, the site contained a parking deck. Astra demolished the parking deck, and using a design from Stevens & Wilkinson, constructed the beautiful plaza including granite walls, hardscapes and a lawn for visitors.
