Realizing an elegant loft residence n a converted parking garage with deep floor plates and limited perimeter exposures was a challenge for both designer and builder. Stem Projects engineered complex cladding systems and joineries to sustain the designer's open plan and create dynamic wall and ceiling planes involved cabinetry further articulates the sleek geometries utilizing back-painted glasses, exotic laminates and silk fabrics. No fasteners are visible anywhere on the solid cast bronze casings, trims and details. Stonework throughout is mitered and computer routed to appear monolithic and seamless, presenting a finely textured backdrop for the clients contemporary an and furnishings.
