Jeff Wawro is a fifth generation builder. Professionally educated in Architectural & Interior Design and Business, Jeff has 25 years experience in residential and commercial construction. He has personally designed, built, and managed thousands of projects with diverse styles and budgets. Jeff attributes his success to his commitment to the Big Three Promises: always on time, always on budget, and always the highest quality. This attention to detail has won him several awards including the CertainTeed Award: Preferred Builder for Outstanding Energy Savings Structures as well as the Bonded Builders Award for producing exquisite structures with no warranty claims for 1O+ years.

Jeff learned exactness and integrity from his time in Law Enforcement. He served 20 years as a decorated Police Officer for the City of Denton with time spent as a Patrolman, SWAT squad leader, Criminal Investigator and Forensic Detective. He then spent 7 years serving as Captain of the Denton County Sheriff's Office under Sheriff Benny Parkey. His time in service helped shape and mold his business into what it is today.

Jeff feels blessed to have built this business with Rachel, his wife of 32 years, and intends to keep this a family owned and operated business for years to come. His family and his faith are the reason for his dedicated work. He hopes to build a lasting legacy for his wife, two daughters, and generations to come. 

As an entrepreneur, Justin Beedle understands how the entrepreneurial mind thinks and operates. The drive and the passion for something to call their own. He understands the sleepless nights, the bursts of ideas that come periodically and most of all, the tremendous risk that entrepreneurs take to create new and innovative products and services that better our lives. With over 20 years of construction experience, and 10 of those years as a construction executive, Justin has the ability to help and guide clients through the commercial construction experience. He has a love and passion for helping entrepreneurs find property, design their facilities through a team of design professionals, and construct the facility on time and within budget. Having  in the United States Marine Corps as a Military Policeman, Justin loves and appreciates the freedoms and opportunities that this Nation

provides him. As the Construction Manager for ALDI, U.S the worldwide grocery chain, he understands the construction process from the owners point of view and the importance of professional and accurate communication  the buildout process.  his career he has gained the appreciation for surrounding himself with great people who are great at what they do.

?Justin’s love and passion also revolves around his faith and his family. He has been married to his wife Lisa for 20 years and they have 5 amazing kids. He cherishes the short amount of time that he will spend with them in this life and strives to be a great husband and father.

Since joining Patriot Development Group, Mike has assumed responsibility for the overall financial strategy and direction of the company, as well as human resources. Within finance, he oversees the accounting, tax, and financial viability functions to support the company’s growth strategy.  His career spans 19 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy.

?Previously, Mike worked for over 12 years as CFO & Operations Manager for Porter Investments, a company that focused in real estate investment, management, & development.  Prior to that, he worked as Corporate & Business Tax Manager at Hunt Petroleum Corp, where he managed a group who handled the tax needs for the Hunt Family’s many business ventures, which spanned many industries.

?Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas, where he originally went to study Construction Management.

?The most important things in Mike’s life are his family and his faith.  He has been married to the love of his life since 1996, and together they share six wonderful kids—3 boys & 3 girls.  His time with them, as well as time spent in the service of God, are what drive him to be the best person he can and have molded him into the person he is today.

As Vice President of Pre-construction, Tom oversees all aspects of the pre-construction process at Patriot Development Group including estimating, design-build, and business development .  Tom’s sole purpose is to bring value to our clients during the beginning stages of a project by providing strategy development and value discovery while maintaining our clients vision. Tom’s 16 years of experience in commercial construction and thorough understanding of the entire construction process enable him to deliver outstanding results and experiences to our clients.

When not working on real estate or wood working, Tom and his wife of 20 years enjoy spending the weekends watching their Son play competitive baseball.  He is an avid runner and enjoys spending his time outdoors, fishing with his son or playing a round of golf when he can

With 30 years of construction experience, Greg takes an active approach in leading project managers & superintendents through bidding, scheduling, and most importantly finishing each project well.  His technical expertise gives Patriot Development & Construction an edge in providing timely solutions to unexpected site conditions and field adjustments.  Greg has led us in our safety standards producing an outstanding safety record which testifies to Patriot Development & Construction’s commitment to safety. In addition to his construction experience, Greg served in the US Army. Greg is actively involved in charity work with the Elks Club and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary.

Highly motivated and dependable Jason Williams brings 18 years of construction experience to each project he oversees.  Always a team player, Jason enjoys being involved in each aspect of the construction process from start to finish.  With a particular attention to financial detail coupled with a high priority for timely, quality construction, Jason has been an instrumental part of the success of numerous multi-million dollar projects including multi-family, mixed-use developments, and commercial construction.

?In his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife of 17 years, Emily, and his two daughters, Kylie and Kelsie.  His faith in God is the cornerstone of his family and they try to live their lives as examples of His grace and mercy.  As a family, they enjoy spending time at the lake together, exercising, and watching the girls play volleyball and cheer.  Jason joined the United States Air Force in 1994 and served his country faithfully until 2000 as a firefighter in both active duty and reserve capacities.  During his time in the military, he learned invaluable lessons on team work, grit, and integrity.  When given the opportunity, Jason will always commit to giving his absolute best not only to the project, but to all the people involved.  Jason looks forward to continued growth as he provides his clients with superior service.
