Scope Of Work

- Large scale storm sewer project

- Approximately 600 linear feet of various size CMP was rusted / rotted out and the parking lot was failing in addition to there being drainage issues. One storm structure was replaced entirely and the others needed various stages of repairs.

- I sourced out the slab sawing to Concrete Cutting and Breaking - Thanks guys!

- Once all materials were delivered (Core and Main) we started demolition

- Thanks to Todd at Columbus Equipment for a demo on a Takeuchi TB290. GCX will purchase one of those one day.

- All storm sewer work was completed in 5 days, and all debris hauled out on day 6

- Thanks to Zenith Systems for assisting with a broken conduit (The base for the old parking lot was cement stabilized and the conduit broke due to ground stress, not actually hitting with machine)

- Ohio CAT came through with a leased trench compactor for us, and of course we are still using this 2 yr old 305.5e - Thanks Art

- Lake County Construction assisted with hauling debris on and off site, as well as additional labor - Thanks John

- Sure - Line Inc handled asphalt duties as well as tarring joints and finally with striping. These guys came in like gang busters and did a hell of a job

- Very successful 1st larger project, and I am looking forward to more!
