Scope Of Work
When Louisiana’s beloved pecan company, Cane River moved to one of the most beautiful Main Street’s in America Mourain Construction was their first choice to renovate the 22,000 SF historic building that was to be their future headquarters. Phase 1 was to completely renovate the packing, shipping and receiving department, which also included installing loading docks and facade upgrades. A pop-up shop style retail center, breakroom and restrooms were also built out as well.
