Scope Of Work
Sayville Commons is a 42-acre residential community located at the intersection of Lakeland Avenue and the south service road to Sunrise Highway in Sayville, Long Island, New York.
Ramco developed Sayville Commons as a 342-unit 55-plus senior community due to the fast-growing demand for senior rental units. The development also included 17 single-family homes to enhance the senior living community which occupied much of the development, known as Sayville Estates.
The one and two bedroom luxury units were constructed with amenities including individual ground-floor entry, central station emergency monitoring, wall to wall carpeting, and spacious living areas with central air. The complex includes a fitness center, a business center, and a clubhouse.
