Scope Of Work
General Contractor for the 181,000 sf floor-by-floor renovation to this four-story School of Technology science building, housing state-of-the-art laboratories, classrooms, offices and a mentoring center. The project included seismic reinforcement of existing steel structure, building code upgrades and new MEP installation and integration including fire suppression, chilled water air conditioner, telecommunication systems and emergency lighting.
Noteworthy: The building remained fully operational during the renovations. KBE completed the project on schedule, despite a 3-month funding delay at the start of the project.
