Liberty Pipelines

Liberty Pipelines was established to assist in maintaining the integrity of underground pipelines. We accomplish this by providing quality video pipe inspection and hydro-cleaning of sewer and storm drain lines, utility locating and potholing/daylighting services.

CCTV Operations

Our cameras from Cues Inc use full color resolution to do our video inspections and have 360 x 285 degree pan and rotate viewing capability. They can pan and tilt while the transporter moves if needed as well. We also have a zoom option, which will highlight small defects. This zoom option will also allow us to view down the pipe if we need to see beyond debris that has impeded the progress of the immediate line. We can inspect lateral connections as well.

Our Camera Operators have more than 20 years’ experience in the field of CCTV inspection, we have modified our equipment to ensure the most efficient level of production, in conjunction with the highest quality standards. Both wheel and tractor crawlers are utilized to maximize the efficiency of pipe, ranging in size from 6-24 inches in diameter. Large Pipe Inspection Cameras are available to handle large diameter lines from 24-200 inches.

All of our operators are experienced with industry standards for inspection of all types of new and existing underground pipelines as well as being PACP-MACP-LACP cerlified. Sanitary sewers and storm drains are all within our area of expertise. Defect codes and observations are based on the needs of our industry to reflect the most comprehensive and detailed report, meeting the requirements of municipal regulations. These reports can be modified to fit the specific needs of every client. These databases, reports, videos and pictures can be put onto a thumb drive for review by the client and all our jobs are archived for easy retrieval. In addition to marking defects, operators have been trained to read onsite plans to identify material type, pipe size, as well as, the type of structure they are entering with the camera equipment.

Hydrovac Operations

Liberty Pipelines, Inc. uses combination cleaning vehicles for all our debris removal projects.Our units have 12-yard debris tanks.  All combination vehicles have the capabilities of 80 GPM at 2500 PSI. Units can be equipped with specialized nozzles, chain flails, root saws, and flex hose for remote access. We offer potholing/daylighting services as a non-destructive alternative for identifying existing utilities during underground construction projects. For projects with environmental issues, portable storage bins can be utilized to remove all debris from the location and be disposed of in approved dumping facilities.
