Scope Of Work

Centerville and Bountiful theater groups, along with visionary community leaders, inspired the creation of the new home of the Centerpoint Theater organization. This 57,500-square-foot project is a functional, cost-effective option to the high-budget opulence of recent performing arts facilities. It consists of a 530-seat theater, a 150-seat black box theater, lobby/gallery, three rehearsal rooms, dressing rooms, and green rooms. It also contains classroom/rehearsal spaces, outdoor public areas, technical and storage support spaces, and a permanent artistic and administrative home for the Centerpoint Theater organization.
