Scope Of Work
Mel’s Diner immerses park guests into the iconic movie “American Graffiti” with the 60’s themed All-American eatery. The project consisted of the complete interior demo of the existing Mel’s Dinner, build out of a new kitchen facility, front of house dining area and minor exterior improvements.
