Scope Of Work
The Sycuan Tribal Hall is a new single-story, 5,900 SF assembly hall building, construction type V-b, fully-sprinklered, with entry lobby, a large meeting hall, conference room, restrooms, kitchen, storage room, support rooms, and outdoor patio with integral color concrete and pavers. The purpose of the building is to facilitate community meetings, special events and dining in an open meeting facility. The building accommodates executive and general council meetings as well as verbal, musical, and celebratory presentations and occasions.
