Scope Of Work
The new Crowne Plaza LAX 10,000 SF restaurant and bar includes upgrades to the electrical room, two bar areas, buffet area, A/V system, and restroom expansion. The hotel was fully occupied throughout construction and the project team coordinated all work with hotel staff in order to minimize disruptions to hotel guests and events. The scope of work included upgrades to the electrical room, sushi bar, main bar, buffet area, grab and go food service area, new flooring, installation of audio/visual system, and expansion of the restrooms to meet ADA criteria. The project features high-end finishes throughout the restaurant and bar including imported Italian tile, stainless steel food service equipment, decorative lighting, stone countertops, custom millwork, and TVâ s recessed in the stone backsplash.
