Scope Of Work
Tava Waters is the largest exterior re?construction project in the Denver Metro area consisting of 140 buildings and 1,523 units. After new ownership purchased The Breakers at the end of 2016, they immediately hired Aspen Group to do a complete exterior remodel of the property. New roofs, siding and paint represent the majority of the project, but Aspen Group was also hired to do miles of concrete replacement, vent cleaning, gutter replacement, and plumbing work.
