Scope Of Work
The five-story hotel includes 124 all-suite rooms, a 1,300 square foot meeting space, a lobby bar, a fitness center, and an indoor pool. The property has a 184 space parking garage, as well as 1,600 square feet of retail space with outdoor seating. SpringHill Suites is located 24 miles southwest of downtown Kansas City, Missouri and is part of the $50 million mixed-use Lenexa City Center development. Dubbed “The District at City Center,” the completed project is situated on 200 acres at the intersection of 87th Street Parkway and Renner Boulevard.
