Scope Of Work
? Remove existing roof systems down to structural decking and dispose of.
? Install 1/4” per foot Tapered polyisocyanurate insulation over existing insulation. The 4’ x 4’
sheets will be secured to the substrate using approved adhesives.
? Install 0.060 TPO membrane over the newly installed insulation.
? The field sheet spacing will be ten (10’) on center.
? The field sheets will be Secured to the substrate with approved adhesives.
? Adjacent sheets will overlap a minimum of 6”. The seams will be bonded together using hot air
weld technique.
