Description: The 3-10 Hangar Aircraft Parking Apron will construct 39,049 square yards of pavement for aircraft parking on the Wheeler Sack Army Airfield (WSAAF) located at Fort Drum, NY. Supporting facilities include exterior lighting, signage , pavement markings, pavement demolition and utility adjustments.
