Stone Crest Maintenance provides facilities renovation, repair and project-based maintenance support to our customers. Our primary focus is in the hospitality industry but we also support state and government entities and national chains including retail, etc. All of our work crews are a capable of performing a variety of trades including interior and exterior work. The size of each crew is a minimal of 2 technicians and as many as 15-20 depending upon the job scope and work needed. We have the capacity to expand beyond our normal crew structure depending upon the job. Nearly all our work crews are 100% travel as most of our customers have hotels located all around the country. 

We provide a rapid response to bids and also dispatch of work crews. We also provide a direct support program to customers who have multiple locations who need quick response to perform repair and restoration work. We will provide support for customers and their locations in just about any state east of the Rockies and we have a strong focus on the following states: Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota. 

Our capabilities include room and interior renovation work, minor electrical, minor plumbing, carpentry, finish work, cabinetry, installation of equipment and furniture, replacement of windows and doors, lighting fixtures, refresh of entries, lobbies and corridors, etc. exterior renovation work includes siding and roofing repair and replacement services, parking lot repair, resurfacing and striping, sidewalks and concrete entrances, fencing, enclosures and facilities restoration due to weather.
