Scope Of Work
35 Foot Bulkhead
- Mobilize barge and equipment to project site.
- Drive 9” X 16’ pilings on 5’ centers with approximately 9’ of embedment.
- Double marine treated 2” X 8” walers on 18” centers.
- 2” X 8” X 12’ marine treated cribbing boards.
- Wall tied back with ?” HDG threaded rod to a 9” continuous piling “dead-man” approximately
12’ landward of new wall.
- Install 6’ filter fabric jetted down below grade.
- Install 2” X 10” cap board bolted to top of wall with ¼” “HDG” lag bolts.
- We will backfill, level, and compact with clean fill dirt.
New 20’ X 24’ Dock with Boat Slip
- Install 10K, 4 piling Dolphin lift with aluminum upper and lower beams, stainless cables, carpeted bunkboards, and optional GEM remote and autostop.
- Drive (9) 8” X 20’ deck pilings and (4) 9” X 25’ boat lift pilings
- Total dock measurement shall be 20’ X 24’.
- Boat slip shall be 12’ wide with (2) 4’ wide finger docks on each side.
- 3’ X 18” platform at bow area of boat slip.
- Boat lift shall be mounted in boat slip. Adjustments made after electrician wires project.
- Decking shall be bull nose type fastened with 3” stainless steel screws.
Floating Dock & Gangway
- 3’ X 12” aluminum gangway from bulkhead to floating dock.
- 8’ X 20” floating dock includes:
- 2” X 8” stringers wrapped in a 2” X 10” band on all sides.
- HDG angle brackets installed at corners and all stringer connections.
- (6) 2’ X 4’ X 18” billets and decked with 2’ X 6” deck boards fastened with 3” stainless steel screws.
- Drive (2) new 9” pilings with stainless steel piling hoops.
