Scope Of Work
This new U.S. corporate headquarters consists of a 200,000-SF Class A office building and a 210,000-SF parking garage located on a 12-acre site. The office building includes a full fitness center, daycare and cafeteria for employees, and is LEED Silver certified. The project is the new home for 1,000 employees.and includes 12 conference rooms, 860-SF training room, 12,929-SF kitchen and cafeteria with seating for 178, 6,436-SF fitness center, 4,000-SF terrace with outside seating, 1,000-SF seven-seat coffee bar, walking trails and paved walking paths onsite.
