Eco-Energy, a leading alternative energy company, has had its Headquarters in Middle Tennessee since 1998. When the new Franklin Park development came online, they saw the opportunity to relocate to the new office park as a chance to offer their employees an efficient, open and energetic office in order to facilitate their continued growth and enhance their employees’ satisfaction and productivity.
