Brad Wilkins's Bio
Brad Wilkins is our Lead Engineer. Brad brings close to 16 years of construction experience and over a decade of Audio Video integration experience to the table.
Brad started-out in construction as a framer on a crew and quickly advanced to being the Superintendant of 6 framing crews. This experience led to a role as a home inspector with an engineering firm in the Phoenix Valley.
In 2006, Mr. Wilkins moved into the home automation space. Since, he has worked with multiple control systems, and projects varying from luxuriously appointed hunting cabins to beach front estates. Brad has integrated homes with control systems like URC, RTI and Crestron, giving home owners the ability to communicate with their homes through CCTV.
We are beyond pleased to have a Lead Engineer with the specific mix of experience, managerial aplomb, and devotion to seeing each customer's job through to maximum satisfaction that Brad brings to the table every day. We know you will appreciate working with him on your project just as much as we appreciate his skill, sense of humor and drive to deliver results on our team.

His career in long term care spans 30 years, and he has operated communities in 30 different states. Mr. Mason has worked as a small owner/operator, a regional multi-facility operator, and as a part-owner of an international real estate investment trust.

Josh Walker's Bio
Josh Walker is our esteemed field tech, computer wizard, and future master programmer.
What can one not say about Josh - he's proving quite indispensable, and well, that is something our team and our customers definitely prize when it comes to our engineers and technicians!
Josh studied computer science at Portland Community College before agreeing to help-out with a family friend's farm. He's just that kind of guy... agreeable, hard-working, and all-around-smart-and-handy.
Mr. Walker also brings with him six years as a construction supervisor. Not too shabby for someone just hitting his mid-20's.
We truly look forward to Josh completing his Crestron certification as a Master Programmer (in process), so that he can help our clients figure-out any specific questions regarding their home or business automation system from afar.
Operations
Carl Mason's Bio
Carl Mason is the Operations Director at Integration Engineers, and as such, takes care of the back-end details that help our team work smarter and harder. Carl's initial professional experience right out of college focused on Athletic Training. A pitching phenom at George Fox University, Carl will always be your best bet for current baseball analysis. He has since transitioned to working with his father, Chris Mason, in the long term care industry, and now home and commercial automation solutions.
Since he was old enough to walk, Carl ran around assisted living facilities under construction that the senior Mason was developing as an owner/ operator. From building elaborate train sets in the common areas to rewiring speaker sets, integrating and low-volt electric projects have been a constant in his entrepreneurial, creative and professional development.
After graduating in 2013 with a Bachelor's of Science in Athletic Training degree Carl worked as the Head Athletic Trainer at Canby High School in Canby, OR for 3 school years. He started working for Senior Housing Managers in the summer of 2014 as an Operations Analyst. Working on the day to day activities. Carl became a certified administrator for long-term care facilities in Oregon after completing the required course work in July of 2014. He has developed into the company's Director of Operations helping with all day-to-day functions. Carl also sits on the OHCA's Legal Committee as well as NCAL's Policy and Finance Committee. He was recently nominated to be the Future Leader of Oregon by AHCA/ NCAL.
When not logging hours on the road for on-site visits or keeping all operational details under control for Senior Housing Managers and Integration Engineers, Carl, his lovely wife and their exuberant golden retriever like to get out doors and enjoy all the hiking, camping and adventuring they can handle in this playground we call the Pacific NW.
