Scope Of Work
Performed design/build services for a new 9,500-square-foot One Stop convenience store and gas station for the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin. Collaborated with the tribe on concept development, conceptual design configurations, detailed design, subcontractor procurement, and construction management through completion and operational start-up.
Also collaborated with the tribe to develop their ideas and concepts for the Oneida Market, which is a new marketing concept and space. This entailed merchandise placement to locate electrical, lighting, HVAC, and plumbing such that future expansion could easily be incorporated.
The One Stop included two tanks: one 20,000-gallon underground storage tank for unleaded, mid-grade- and high-octane gasoline, dispensers, canopies, and state-of-the-art leak detection and control facilities; and one 12,000-gallon split tank – 6,000-gallon diesel and 6,000-gallon premium gasoline.
