Scope Of Work
Lease-leaseback delivery of a 17,272 SF Performing Arts Center featuring a spacious 2-story lobby, a 345-seat auditorium and wood floor stage. The back-of-house Black Box/Multi-Purpose Room is separated from the auditorium and opens up onto an outside courtyard providing the flexibility for indoor/outdoor use.
