Scope Of Work
This 82,000 SF facility consists of a multi-purpose building, lunch shelter, kindergarten and classroom buildings plus an additional 22,000 SF of connecting covered walkways. The new school was constructed in phases on an extremely active campus while students remained in class in the old building. At completion of the new building, the Owner vacated the old facility and demolition began to add site improvements and a new sports fields.
