Scope Of Work

We were honored to be selected by the owner early in the design process to provide pre-construction and construction services for this contemporary building.  By being involved from early in the design process our team was able to ensure the client’s goals were achieved all while staying on schedule and budget.  Towards the end of the project this customer said that he had wished he had involved us earlier in the process because of the value we brought to the project.

This building has many modern design elements including cantilevered second floor sections, architectural wall panels, glass walls, and a two story entry lobby complete with monumental stairs with wood plank treads and glass railings. This two story building has a structural steel frame with light gauge metal framing interior and exterior walls. The building envelope consists of brick veneer, Nichiha architectural wall panels, glass storefront, and a TPO roof system. The interior finishes include polished overlay concrete, carpet, luxury vinyl tile, ceramic tile, wood paneling, storefront windows & doors, frameless glass walls & doors, glass railings, vinyl wall coverings, decorative lighting, millwork and an elevator. The building is fully sprinklered and includes a VRF HVAC system with a DOAS for fresh air.
