Scope Of Work
McKinley Middle School is one of the best public schools that offer an array of unique educational programs to meet the needs of a diverse community. The science and technology program of the school is one of a kind in the city. The scope of the project was an interior fit out of the existing wing of the McKinley School building. Broughton provided turn-key services from Concept Design to Construction Management of the performance of the construction scope of work. McKinley Technical Middle School is a LEED-certified project that achieved Platinum level certification. The Scope of Work at McKinley Middle School included the design and full renovation of classrooms, corridors, and bathrooms, site work, elevator, ADA compliance, MEP system upgrade and atrium build out. The design phase has started in October 2012 and continued on. The construction phase has started in January 2013 and was completed in August 2013. All photographs for this project by © Joseph Romeo
