Broughton was awarded The Chuck Brown Memorial Project as a Design Builder. The Park has been completed to memorialize the memory of the legendary Chuck Brown.
The Memorial includes an art sculpture of Chuck Brown, memorial Wall and discography panels that follow his legendary career.
