L & R provides and offers at NO cost to their clients the following services: Structural Design schematics, Design Development Budgets, Preconstruction budgets and Value Engineering.

With our large past project’s data bank holding over 200 + completed project and a specialize team of engineers and architects, we can design or redesign any project in house.  L&R has over 150 years of combine proven in house personnel experience and arm with an Army of qualify craftsmen’s and company owned equipment, we can attack, handle and deliver any type of concrete structure; Cast in Place, Post tension, Precast joist or conventional on a Fast track mode or regular schedule mode. Our standard working hours are 10 hour days, six days a week.

Our usual scope of work based on plans and specifications includes the following:
