Brandon Ingegneri's Bio
Originally from Johnston, RI, Brandon currently resides with his family in Providence, RI. He is responsible for the oversight of the day to day operations, business management, leasing, sales/ acquisitions, financial reporting, and property management/tenant account servicing.
Brandon’s diverse real estate/property management experience ranging from residential, multifamily, and industrial properties began in 2007. His experience in the building trades involves a diverse scope ranging from carpentry, framing, remodeling and finish work to heavy equipment operation, site work, rigging, and demolition.
Since 2005, Brandon has served as a municipal firefighter where he collaterally serves as the treasurer for that organization’s labor union. In these roles several skill sets are regularly utilized such as critical thinking, expedient problem assessment/solving and decision making in conjunction with technical knowledge while maintaining professionalism and displaying customer service. The culmination of these diverse aptitudes are utilized daily in the business of property management.
Mike Dias's Bio
Originally from Central Falls, RI, Mike currently resides in Smithfield, RI he is responsible for overall project management for the company. Graduating from a local vocational high school with a diploma focused in the building trades, Mike has been working as a residential and commercial electrician since 2004. In addition, he has also regularly served in the capacity as a job foreman and project manager for a large union electrical company in RI, overseeing the building and expansion of universities, gaming casinos, and national corporations.
Michael’s skill set includes the ability to manage detail oriented, multi phased construction developments comprising multiple building trades, sub contractors, deadlines, and budget requirements across diverse scales and scopes of work. He prides himself on his ability to
quickly “change gears” as conditions become dynamic on a job site in order to maintain fluidity and forward progress.
