This was an out of ground approximate gross 37,500 sqft project with major underground remains of residential foundations and other various challenges we worked with the general contractor on. Although there were minor delays by other trades, Balanced Load Electric pushed to run schedule with the general as to keep this project fast tracked from start to end. There were minimal changes to the original contract which allowed for little to no error between client and contractor.
Major challenges to this project was working with village and utility company to confirm locations of overhead utility pole in which we needed to underground bore for primary feed of transformer on tenant side of street. This was another successful project that we can surely contribute to the efforts of our general contractor for quick turnarounds with regards to RFI's!
