Scope Of Work
Village Park Square is a 17,000 SF mixed use; 3-building project located on 5400 Collin McKinney Parkway in McKinney, TX. Village Park Square features a 10,000 SF Montessori building; 5,000 SF retail building; and 2,000 SF professional office building. We constructed the interior buildout also for the Montessori building. Retail building is leased to an Asian Indian Grocery/Restaurant. Office building is occupied by a home theater / smart home control company.
