Scope Of Work
On-going storm related construction management services provided. Preparation of storm related scope estimate, assist public adjuster with appraisal negotiations. Expert forensic determination of storm related damages to windows and building exterior. Perform all construction storm repairs for $6.5 million.
LJB performed emergency repairs to secure the property from the elements. LJB completed roof replacement in 2020 with an upgraded roof system. LJB will start window replacement, exterior stucco repairs, and stucco paint in May 2021.
