Scope Of Work
Identify heavy efflorescence present on the floor of the subterranean parking garage servicing a commercial office space.
- Initial power washing and suction drying performed. Proceeded to dry brush but only removed surface layer.
- Efflorescence present deep into the pores of the concrete.
- Efflorescence cleaner muriatic acid solution applied and had very good results.
- Quick response time. Walkthrough with the customer to identify and describe the chemical reaction and gave options for removal.
- Sample area performed. Customer saw results and requested that the whole floor be done.
