Scope Of Work
The 30-acre property had severely neglected landscaping including trees, grasses, bushes, and plants and parts of the property that required demo. The scope of the project required coordination with city officials and a rotation of five different crews: landscaping, demolition, power washing, painting, and fencing. We beat out countless others when bidding on the project and returned property back to the owner a week before estimated completion. Clients included the owner, neighboring community management, and city official approval.
